Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. Turner ruled against letting Migos member Offset out on bail for the third time, reports the Statesboro Herald.
Offset, who is currently incarcerated, had a hearing yesterday (Oct. 9) in which he pleaded to the judge to let him out on bond, arguing that he had been wrongfully accused of being a gang member.
