When we learned that Jordan Brand would be blessing Russell Westbrook with his own signature sneaker- the Jordan Westbrook 0- this is not at all what we were expecting.
Instead of a technologically advanced performance basketball sneaker, we are instead given this lifestyle model which features a premium upper, vulcanized outsole and D-ring eyelets. According to catalog scans, the Westbrook 0 won't be launching until October, so there's still time for these to grow on you.
In terms of all-time greats in the NBA, many have Michael Jordan ranked #1. It's either MJ, or Allen Iverson.
In terms of richest billionaires in the world, Forbes ranks MJ at #1,741. But, on a list of BILLIONAIRES, who really cares what your ranking is? Although, if there's one guy who wouldn't be satisfied with being the 1,741st richest person in the world, it's Jordan.

We've long anticipated Jordan Brand blessing Russell Westbrook with his own signature shoe, and today we learn that it will in fact be coming to fruition. The Thunder's All-Star point-God, who is playing at an MVP-level right now, will be receiving his own signature shoe in June, which will reportedly be called the Westbrook 0.
Some news from Russell Westbrook: He has his own signature shoe coming out in June.
Every year Jordan Brand takes a handful of Retro models and releases classic OG and brand new colorways of them that end up getting scooped up off of shelves in an instant. 2014 is shaping up to be another huge year for the Brand and today we get a glimpse of what is to come next calendar year.
It appears that Jordan Brand will be releasing a "Fear Pack" as images of a Jordan III, IV, and V model surfaced. While the III's are rumored to be photoshopped, both the IV and V models appear to be releasing towards the end of the year. The "Oreo" colorscheme adorns all three pairs in the collection, making the pack say more "Midnight Snack" than something to be fearful of. The red-air units give the shoe's some pop, while a unique insole confirms that these will be a special release.
