Pusha T Cuts Off His Signature Braids May 4, 2015 at 11:11pm
It appears Pusha T has done the unthinkable. After years of harassment, the former Clipse member decided to finally cut off his signature braids. Taking to his IG earlier Monday, Pusha T  posted a photo of himself receiving a $2500 dollar facial in Hong Kong with the caption “Just cut  my braids off”. Unfortuantely, we don’t get to see the new look, but we’re dying to that’s for sure.

Music MC CyHi The Prynce let loose a fiery track called "Elephant in The Room" and effectively announced his departure from the label. In a series of new tweets, he took the time to clarify some points he was making on the song, including the fact that he doesn't consider it a Kanye West diss. Read those tweets below.

Pusha Season is upon us. Last week we learned that the Virginia rapper would be taking over as President of GOOD Music, which was followed by the release of his gritty single, "Untouchable". If that wasn't evidence enough something was brewing is the Push camp, the rapper gave an official update on his album at a New York event last night.

Pusha T was just announced as the new President of GOOD Music, so he's very much feeling himself at this moment. What better time to share a new track and take some subliminal shots at his competition? While Push has yet to deliver the audio version of his Timbaland-produced track "Untouchable," he has shared an annotated version of the lyrics via Genius, and while you can't bang it in the whip just yet, it should get people talking.

The 10 Best Diss Tracks Of The 2010s
The 10 Best Diss Tracks Of The 2010s Jul 27, 2015 at 02:33pm
Of the many things that old heads will insist "were better back in the day," diss tracks are among the few that most younger rap fans can also agree upon. Even if you didn't live through them, the 2Pac / Biggie, Eazy-E / Dr. Dre and Jay Z / Nas beefs all produced shot-firing tracks that still loom large today-- Notorious' "Who Shot Ya" is still referenced by rappers all of the time, and Nas' "Ether" is now so baked into the foundation of rap that its title is now synonymous with a devastating diss.

The first-week sales numbers for Chris Brown's Royalty are in, and though Breezy's seventh album performed even better than was expected -- selling 184,000 units -- it did not top the charts. In fact, for the week ending Dec. 24, Royalty made its debut at No. 3, behind Justin Bieber's Purpose, released on Nov.

Best Rapper Ad-Libs Currently In The Game
Best Rapper Ad-Libs Currently In The Game Feb 4, 2014 at 03:42pm
When used properly, ad-libs can really accelerate the popularity of an artist. Just ask Big Sean or 2 Chainz. These between-the-lines phrases are designed to hype up listeners, adding extra energy to their verses. Ad-libs tend to be funny, serious, or flat-out ridiculous. Recently, acts like Migos have taken ad-libs to the next level. While some rapper ad-libs can be annoying, there are those who've properly honed the ad-lib craft, and the result is usually entertaining. Ad-libs can also function as a tag or trademark for rappers-- the instant you hear one, you know who's on the track.
Pusha T Says Lil Wayne's "Dedication 5" Is "Trash"
Pusha T Says Lil Wayne's "Dedication 5" Is "Trash" Sep 13, 2013 at 01:19pm
Right around the time Lil Wayne's Dedication 5 dropped, Pusha T tweeted out a message that seemed to be directed at Wayne. “I think it’s safe to say, you really lost it…” read the Tweet, and was apparently clear enough for Young Money rapper Jae Millz to respond. In an interview with DJ Envy, Pusha finally clarified what the tweet meant, as well as touching on his work with Kanye West, and the possibility of a new Clipse album.
Review: Future's "Honest"
Review: Future's "Honest" Apr 22, 2014 at 02:33pm
Future is lightyears ahead of his time. Since touching down in 2012 with his Epic Records debut album Pluto, the Freeband Gang founder has continued hustling as an artist. The sloppy, melodic flow Future introduced on Pluto has been used by virtually every trapper who’s poppin’ today, and U.O.E.N.O. it.
