Majors has maintained that he was the real victim throughout the case.

Jonathan Majors has had a turbulent 2023. The 34-year-old actor was arrested on suspicion of assault back in March, which surprised many fans. While Majors has always maintained the fact that he was an innocent victim that didn't keep any public eyes off the ongoing trial. The beginning of the court saga has been delayed repeatedly back to August, September, and now October. Proceedings are expected to get underway later this week on October 25.

Right as Majors is expected back in court though, there's been another twist in the investigation. Grace Jabbari, the woman who accused Majors of assault in the first place, was recently summoned to appear in court for an assault charge of her own. "From the beginning, we have said Jonathan Majors is innocent and provably the victim here," a statement made by Majors' attorney began. "Mr. Majors met with the NYPD to present them with evidence of what really happened on that night." Check out all the details of the newest revelations in the case below.

While Jonathan Majors was hoping that a motion to dismiss his case would be granted, it appeared to be moving forward anyway. At least that seemed to be the case until this newest development. It's unclear whether Jabbari being charged will help Majors get his case thrown out. But it does seem to add credibility to the story he's stuck to since his arrest.

Almost every single time Majors went to court, Meagan Good has been there with him. Her unequivocal support has been controversial but that hasn't slowed them down. Just last month Majors hinted that the pair may be on the path to getting married.
