She also commented on how it was essentially nothing to her, adding "Something light !" as a caption to the post.
For those who don't know who Rubi Rose is, she got her start as the main music video model for the Migos hit "Bad & Boujee." She also appeared on a Twitch stream during this time, commenting on the status of the hip-hop industry with DJ Akademiks. Her first single was a remix of the Playboi Carti song "On Top," followed by her solo single "Big Mouth" in 2019. Finally, most people will know her from a cameo appearance in Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's "WAP" music video. With all this clout, Rubi Rose has definitely made a name for herself.

It is a sweet gesture, for sure, though posting the act on social media makes commenters skeptical of why she did it in the first place. Nevertheless, Rubi Rose is tremendously generous to the parent who raised her and helped her become something of a success. She might be influenced by music industry giants like Nicki Minaj, but it was her parents that guided her, in the beginning, to trust herself and work hard to make it in the rap game. As for what Rubi Rose is up to -- other than giving chunks of change to loved ones -- she's dealing with a lawsuit. The lawsuit claims she damaged an art studio while filming a music video for her song "Twork." Hopefully, Rubi Rose saved some of her spending money for this little bit of legal trouble.
