A new Air Jordan 4 sample has surfaced, and it is dressed in a clean mix of white and earthy brown. The pair is being called the Air Jordan 4 “Dark Mocha,” and it looks like a more refined take on the classic shape.
Overall, the design stays simple. A white leather upper sits on top, with a light grey suede mudguard wrapping around the front and sides.
Black shows up on the wings, the heel tab, and the midsole sections near the Air unit. Mocha brown appears on the eyelets, the netting details, and the base of the midsole.
A white Jumpman sits on the heel, and a brown and grey Jumpman is stitched on the tongue. White laces keep the whole look bright.
The outsole is just as interesting. It mixes grey and brown rubber, with a white Jumpman near the heel and front.
"Dark Mocha" has been a popular colorway for Jordan Brand lately, but this version looks very different from the earlier pairs.
Air Jordan 4 "Dark Mocha" Unreleased Sample
The Dark Mocha name is already familiar. Travis Scott had an unreleased Air Jordan 4 sample in a brown version, and A Ma Maniere released its own “Dark Mocha” pair in December 2025.
This new sample takes a different route. Instead of an all-brown upper, white and grey lead the design while mocha appears as an accent.
That makes it feel much brighter and easier to wear. The grey suede and white leather balance the brown parts well.
The Air Jordan 4 is also having a big stretch. The "Fire Red" is set for next year, and the "Georgetown" pair is also on the way.
Jordan Brand often tests colors on samples before choosing which ones to release. Fans will have to wait and see if this one makes the cut.
Overall, the sample looks like a strong candidate for a future release. It has a clean look and a versatile color story.
