Lil Baby's last studio album "WHAM" came out in January of 2025, and was followed by the mixtape "The Leaks" in December.

Although Lil Baby has been facing some speculative legal scrutiny over the past week, this won't slow down his musical moves. After revealing he's dropping a new album later this year, he unveiled its title, tracklist, and features on Instagram yesterday (Friday, October 16), setting the stage for Fresh.

This new LP will follow the Atlanta rapper's previous studio full-length WHAM, which came out in January of 2025. His mixtape The Leaks followed in December, and we also got recent singles like "Dead Fresh" with production from Pharrell. That is one of 17 tracks listed on a whiteboard featured in Baby's IG post. It also revealed the features for the upcoming project.

"In Your Head" will feature Rylo Rodriguez, whereas Future and Young Thug are set to appear on the song "All My Patnas." The rest of the tracklist has no special guests in sight. Furthermore, this concerned some fans and excited others who want to hear Wham in more of a solo capacity.

From what this tease indicates, it seems like the recent "Coast 2 Coast" single with features from Bally Baby and Fatt Smaxk will not make the final cut. But we will have to wait for Fresh to drop in full to find out.

Lil Baby's Fresh Release Date

Speaking of which, the release date for the album is set for November 6. This means fans will only have to wait a few weeks before diving in.

Lil Baby's career continues to experience ups and downs, with some levying "washed" allegations and others confident in the skills exposed on cuts like "Dead Fresh." However, a full album will rest on very different metrics to individual performances. We will see if he rises to the occasion or gives fans more of the same.

Baby also kept himself busy with collaborations in 2026, whether it's with Young Thug, Quavo, Yung Miami, or a bizarre MrBeast remix. Like a lot of recent material, fans are split when it comes to reception of this feature run. But he dropped great bodies of work in the past, so die-hards hope he can recapture the magic once again.
