It appears The Game is about to take his talents on the road again. On Thursday afternoon, the Compton native took to his IG to announce his upcoming “1992: Block Wars Tour”, which is in support of his forthcoming 1992 album dropping this Fall. Kicking off August 26 in Oakland, California, the tour will trek through cities like Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, and ATL, before wrapping up in Portland, Oregon on October 6. The Game also announced that following his U.S. run will be a European tour, which is expected to go down this Winter.

"I remember the repercussions ... He was so remorseful, I mean he really felt so bad, because it wasn't about Taylor. It was about Beyonce and her video. We all know that Beyonce should have won that. It's no shade."

It looks like The Game & Waka Flocka had some choice words for one another on Instagram Wednesday afternoon. It all started this morning, when Waka Flocka posted a clip on IG expressing his displeasure for how “rappers” have been acting following the death of Alton Sterling & Philando Castile. Waka went on to say he felt many of the rappers have been disingenuous with their actions, and called them out for acting like models, posting dick prints on IG, but yet trying to lead their community at the same time.

July 17: Three police officers are shot and killed in Baton Rouge, LA.

Earlier this month, shortly after the police killings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, The Game and Snoop Dogg helped kickstart a campaign called H.U.N.T., which stands for "Hate Us Not Today." Their first initiative was to lead a peaceful march to the LAPD Headquarters, where both rappers met with top-ranking officials from the department. Earlier today, H.U.N.T. teamed up with the Nation of Islam and Minister Farrakhan to host a citywide forum that specifically called for the presence of gang leaders in the greater Los Angeles area.

Back in May, we first heard news of The Game's upcoming mobile game release, Block Wars. On top of what looks to be a Grand Theft Auto-esque game for iPhone and Android, the rapper will also be releasing an accompanying soundtrack through eOne Music. The 10-track project will be released July 29th and will feature new music from the Compton emcee.

Yet another inspiring young artist has been taken too soon. Yesterday (June 25) at around 7PM, 23-year-old Tyriece Watson, aka Lor Scoota, was fatally shot while driving in his hometown of Baltimore. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:30PM. Just minutes before the shooting, Scoota had been at Morgan State University, where he hosted a charity basketball event called "Touch the People: Pray for Peace In These Streets."
