Anytime Game decides to let off shots in his series of bars, he always seems to leave damage after.



Apparently the Internet has been buzzing and there has been mention of the rapper coming at Jay Rock over the 20 minute track, “400 Bars”.



With that said, the young rapper was quick to address the claims that were being thrown his way.

When Rick Ross proclaimed himself Big Meech, a famed criminal who is an actual friend of Young Jeezy, it was only a matter of time before Jeezy decided to take some shots at the larger than life rapper. His first salvo was entitled 'The Real B.M.F.' and contained an actual recorded take from the prison-ridden Meech over a new beat. Unfortunately, it didn't hold a candle to Ross' original, so now Jeezy has jumped on the Teflon Don's beat and thrown some pretty pointed disses towards Ross. 

Chris Brown may have thrown a tantrum on Tuesday (March 22) after 'Good Morning America' host Robin Roberts brought up his domestic dispute, and his ex-girlfriend Rihanna is taking a similar approach. The Bajan singer recently shot down questions about Breezy during an interview with Fabulous magazine, flipping the script on the asking journalist when his name was mentioned.

Hov and 'Ye go on a fall tour under the new moniker "The Throne."



With their collaborative album Watch the Throne on the way, Jay-Z and Kanye West have announced an upcoming North American tour in the fall under the group name "The Throne."

Jay-Z's manager is confident that Hov and Kanye's record won't suffer the same fate as so many others.



Despite the fact that virtually no album goes un-leaked these days, one manager believes that his camp has discovered a way to keep one of the most highly-anticipated Hip Hop albums from getting to the masses ahead of time.



John Meneilly, Jay-Z's manager, believes that Jay and Kanye West's album, Watch The Throne, is on lock down. “It is not going to leak,” tweeted Meneilly.

Chuck Taylor says that his kids and international tours kept him from putting in quality studio time.



Game has spent nearly three years working on his oft-delayed project The R.E.D. Album, which he finally finished just last week. Before the LP drops on August 23rd, the Compton, California native spoke with MTV News’ Sway Calloway on RapFix Live to discuss details surrounding the album, most notably revealing that Dr. Dre narrates the entire offering.

Rap fans in love with Jay-Z and Kanye West’s joint album, Watch the Throne, can brace themselves for another release by different hip-hop dynamic duo: Lil Wayne and Drake.

Although he didn’t name a tentative date, Cash Money Records founder Bryan “Baby” Williams confirmed with XXL that Weezy and Drizzy will definitely be putting out a collaborative album together well after each deliver their respective solo efforts.

The trek kicks off on September 22nd at Detroit, Michigan’s Palace of Auburn Hills, with additional pit stops including a pair of dates in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Chicago, Illinois and Los Angeles, California, respectively. The venture wraps up at Boston, Massachusetts’ TD Garden on November 3rd.

The Snowman says it's "not impossible" for an album with Tip to happen.



After T.I. revealed that he and B.o.B discussed a Watch the Throne-style project, Young Jeezy is claiming that he and Tip considered the same thing. During a Def Jam conference call yesterday, the Snowman said that they chatted about a collaborative LP and that it has potential to happen.

Jim Jones recently spoke to MissInfo about rumours of an altercation that he was involved in on Monday.

He told MissInfo that while he was alone in Harlem three men stepped to him, "the first guy, I beat the shit out of him, then the second guy jumped in with a metal pipe. For many hip-hop heads the golden-era of hip-hop was during the '80s-'90s. For those of you who believe that is true, you might enjoy NPR's "The Record". Every other Friday they are looking at some of the first hip-hop music videos, which were played on a TV show called "Video Music Box". "Video Music Box" was created back in 1984, and was the first show to document hip-hop music and culture (and it's still on today!). The show was created and hosted by a man named Ralph McDaniels.

Shyne recently spoke to Time Magazine Online about his conversion to Judaism. Shyne, who was born  Jamal Michael Barrow but has changed his name to Moshe Levi, was in jail serving a sentence for firing a gun in a club and wounding three people way back when with Diddy & J. Lo. He says he experienced a religious awakening while in prison.

He finally revealed why he chose not to sign with Kanye West, naming Kanye's lack of a phone his number one reason.

Ask most Hip-Hop fans who’s been running the rap game the past three years, and the answers would mostly be the same; Kendrick Lamar…Drake…maybe some J. Cole. Even with somewhat of an agreement, there’s no science to this. There’s no exact formula of determining who is on top. Is it record sales? Some would say that, and that would justify the belief that Kendrick, Drake, or Cole are on top of the game. Using that logic however would leave justification of our culture up to whoever is buying music…whoever.
