Ye and Playboi Carti had a rough patch earlier this decade, but it seems like things are back to normal with the "Go2DaMoon" duo.

Kanye West broke his own United States hip-hop concert attendance record with his Houston show last night (Saturday, October 31), and had some special guests with him to make the most out of the night. Ye invited his daughter North West, had André Troutman join the show, and provided a special guest slot for his collaborator and former enemy, Playboi Carti.

The two performed the VULTURES track "CARNIVAL" and the Donda highlight "Off The Grid" before Carti got into some solo tracks. He performed Whole Lotta Red's "Sky," his "Timeless" collab with The Weeknd, the MUSIC standout "EVIL J0RDAN" (which cambamscam caught on Instagram), and his "FE!N" collab with Travis Scott.

This follows Kanye West's guest slot at Playboi Carti's ComplexCon set this year, which surprised many fans. After all, Ye and Carti weren't on good terms last year, and it seems like they have since settled their issues and reconciled.

With other big-name artists in the building, including a reported appearance from Mike Dean in the crowd, fans wonder if we will get new music from these collaborators in the future. It's up in the air right now, but folks are still curious to see it go down.

Kanye West's Concert

Other big names at Kanye West's Houston concert also raised eyebrows due to previous beef narratives. Drake and Travis Scott reportedly attended Ye's show after their NBA courtside appearance at the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder game last night.

This led to a lot of speculation, as Drizzy and La Flame also had beef rumors swirling around them in the wake of the Kendrick Lamar battle. Also, it's unclear where Kanye and the OVO mogul stand today. Disses during the 2024 rap beef turned into staunch defenses and walk-backs, and the Toronto superstar has only given slight social media hints that he might be feeling warmer towards the Chicago icon.

After so much chaos around these names over the years, maybe this is when they start to come together. In any case, fans in H-Town seemed to enjoy the performance regardless, and maybe that's what counts the most at the end of the day.
