YFG Fatso allegedly reacted to BloodHound Q50's murder in September, and some fans have un-verifiably speculated he was allegedly involved.

YFG Fatso, real name Christopher C. Mosley, is a Chicago drill artist affiliated with Lil Durk and Only The Family, and he's reportedly in some legal trouble. Cook County detention records show authorities arrested him on Thursday (October 29) amid rumors involving the September murder of another Chicago MC, BloodHound Q50.

YFG Fatso allegedly reacted to BloodHound Q50's murder, adding onto speculation about their beef. BloodHound had allegedly spent time with Fatso's daughter and her mother, which allegedly angered his former collaborator.

The news of this arrest follows days of rumors about this being a federal arrest. That isn't the case, as Cook County is a local entity in Illinois. There's also no information about the charges Fatso faces or any other allegations regarding the circumstances of his arrest. He reportedly has a court date set for Monday, November 2 following an October 30 hearing, and has no bond.

Fellow OTF affiliate and YFG Fatso's manager, DJ Bandz, claimed during a livestream this week that authorities arrested Fatso. On Instagram, MyMixtapez shared Fatso's mugshot and the available details regarding his arrest.

Also, Chicago Crime Chaser reported there are no federal records tied to Fatso's arrest or any information about the charges. As such, the speculation that YFG Fatso was allegedly involved in BloodHound Q50's murder is completely unverified and unsubstantiated at press time.

BloodHound Q50 Murder

We will see if any more information emerges in the future about this situation. For now, it's completely unknown why the "Am I Wrong" artist is now reportedly in police custody, even as rumors continue to swirl online.

As for the BloodHound Q50 murder, autopsy reports indicate he was shot five times on September 13, 2026. No arrests have been made as of writing this article in official connection to the murder.

This has been a massive controversy in not just Chicago's drill scene, but also the hip-hop community as a whole. Folks continue to speculate about this event and others in the city, but little official links and confirmations exist. As such, we will have to wait for law enforcement to provide more details and updates on this matter.
