Cam'ron is going viral this morning following a report that JÄY-Z is going to be the Super Bowl Halftime Show performer in 2027. This report came from Puck News, who claim various sources have confirmed that the legendary rapper has assigned himself the role.
If you're wondering what Cam has to do with any of this, well, wonder no more. Back in September, a report circulated claiming that Hov couldn't find anyone to do the Halftime Show. Puck News corroborates this, claiming Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber both turned down the show. However, when this report first circulated, Cam hilariously suggested that JÄY-Z was using this as an excuse to soft launch himself as the performer.
Cam'ron and Ma$e saw the humor in all of this. Although they made it clear that if they were in Hov's position, they would do the exact same thing. Now that it is looking like JÄY-Z is, in fact, the Halftime Show performer, Cam's previous comments are going viral.

It's important to note that JÄY-Z, Roc Nation, and the NFL have yet to confirm the report from Puck News. However, it is typically around this time that we find out who the Super Bowl Halftime Show is going to be.
On February 14, 2027, Super Bowl LXI will take place in Inglewood, California, at SoFi Stadium. It just so happens that JÄY-Z is performing there this weekend, on Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24.
Perhaps this could be a test run for another big performance in about three and a half months from now. Ultimately, only time will tell whether or not an official announcement happens soon.
