Working behind the scenes on Usher’s current tour is one of the most closely watched members of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former inner circle. Kristina Khorram, who spent more than a decade working for the Bad Boy founder and eventually became his chief of staff, is now involved with Usher’s team as he tours with Chris Brown.
Rolling Stone reports that Khorram is working on the 56-date R&B Tour, although her exact position has not been disclosed. A representative for Usher declined to comment on the arrangement, while Khorram’s representative did not respond to the outlet.
She is not the only former Combs employee to land with Usher. Rolling Stone found that a videographer who had been working on a Diddy documentary before his 2024 arrest has also joined the tour. Another former personal assistant briefly worked with Usher’s camp but has since parted ways with the singer.

Khorram Became A Major Figure In Diddy’s Criminal Trial
Prosecutors repeatedly referenced Khorram while building their racketeering case against Combs, describing her as an “agent and co-conspirator.” They alleged she helped coordinate his sexual encounters with male escorts and was involved in efforts to obtain hotel surveillance footage showing Combs assaulting Cassie Ventura in 2016. Khorram was never charged with a crime and was not called to testify.
She previously denied allegations that she enabled sexual abuse. “The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in — or even being a bystander to — the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting,” she said in a statement cited by Rolling Stone. Combs was ultimately acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, but convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He is serving a 50-month sentence.
Usher’s history with Combs stretches back to his teenage years, when the future R&B star spent time around Bad Boy while recording his 1994 debut. Earlier this year, Usher told Forbes that he had nothing “negative” to say about his former mentor and still recognized the impact of Combs’ work in music and Black entrepreneurship. With Khorram now working inside Usher’s touring operation, that decades-old connection has taken on a new form.
