When asked about Jay-Z at Adin Ross' Brand Risk 15 event, Charleston White demanded attention for younger rappers instead.

Jay-Z has been having one of his biggest years in a long time, although many folks seem to be tired of his moves and his lengthy stay in hip-hop discourse. One of these folks is Charleston White. He was recently at Adin Ross' Brand Risk 15 event, where he had an awkward moment with Jaden Newman ahead of her brother's match. While at the event, White spoke with an alleged Brand Risk interviewer who asked him for his thoughts on Hov. Unsurprisingly, he did not mince words, and the interviewer even seemed to agree with his assessment.

"Jay-Z? F**k Jay-Z! F**k you bringing Jay-Z up for?" Charleston exclaimed, as caught by DJ Akademiks on Instagram. "Jay-Z a has-been n***a. That's a used-to-be n***a. Why you ain't bring up Finesse2tymes, Lil Baby, NBA YoungBoy? Them is right now n***as. Don't bring up no used-to-be n***a, man. F**k Jay-Z."

It's a random and innocuous moment, but it goes to show how people are looking for the Roc Nation debate these days. At the end of the day, it only contributes to more engagement.

Jay-Z's Drake Beef

Ironically enough, while Charleston White was going on his rant, "Plot Twist" by Drake played in the background. Considering his feud with Jay-Z, maybe that spirit took over White and led him to pop off.

A lot of folks have been debating if a true-blue rap battle between the "Pound Cake" duo is in the cards. After all, they've been sending shots at each other pretty much all summer, and there are rumors of a new Hov album potentially coming soon.

We will just have to wait and see what happens. Both artists are so massive that they could use the whole "too big for beef" excuse and use social media instead to keep tensions high.

In any case, it seems like Charleston White and many others aren't interested in what Jay has to say about anything these days. Of course, there's a massive group of people on the complete opposite side. Only new music could centralize the debate, and we're sure it would cause a commotion for both.
