While this news hasn't been confirmed by the artist himself yet, it's been reported that Andre 3000 will be releasing a solo effort in 2014, on top of the Jimi Hendrix biopic he's starring in.  The report comes from Stephen G. Hill, the President of Music Programming and Specials for BET Networks. Hill was backstage at Lil Wayne and T.I.'s America's Most Wanted Tour in Washington, D.C. last night and spoke to Three Stacks who shared some exciting information-- we'll be getting new music from the Outkast member at the top of the year.
