A judge handed down a suspended sentence to Chris Brown for his role in the assault of Abraham Diaw in London.

The video that led to Chris Brown’s conviction for an alleged nightclub beating has now surfaced. TMZ caught the video, which shows the shocking moment when Breezy struck producer Abraham Diaw with a bottle of tequila in London. The video itself is wild, showing how the altercation moved from the dance floor as Breezy swung a bottle and struck the man in the head. Eventually, more people piled on, including Brown’s vocal coach, Omololu Akinlolu, who is also seen swinging on Diaw.

Three years after that night, Chris Brown was handed down an eight-month sentence, suspended for 12 months. He pleaded guilty to affray for his role in the brawl, while Akinlolu received a four-month suspended sentence. As long as Chris doesn’t violate his conditions, he’s basically in the clear.

Judge Tony Baumgartner told Chris Brown that he struck Diaw on the left side of his head with the bottle. “The repeated use of a glass bottle in that way, especially aimed at the head, was plainly dangerous; it carried the risk of delivering a more serious injury than was ultimately sustained,” the judge said.

Chris Brown Sentenced In London Assault Case

After his sentence, Chris Brown was met with fanfare outside. Adoring fans screamed his name as he left with a hefty security detail, with a mask on his face.

This is at least one chapter he could put behind him, but he has a few headaches to deal with back home, including his legal dispute with his ex-housekeeper, who was awarded millions for a dog attack, and the mother of his daughter Lovely demanding an increase in child support payments. We’ll keep you posted on those. For now, check out the clip above and let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
