Diamond Brown claims that Chris Brown is "often disinterested" in spending time with Lovely.

Chris Brown is currently embroiled in a contentious custody battle with Diamond Brown, the mother of Lovely. Diamond is currently seeking an increase in child support payments, but the latest filing certainly doesn’t paint the singer in a great light.

According to TMZ, Diamond Brown is now alleging that Chris Brown isn’t interested in spending time with their daughter. Her latest court filing details how she has custody of Lovely for 90% of the time, alleging that Brown has failed to see their daughter over the past six to seven months. She did, however, acknowledge that his work is demanding and forces him to be out of town often.

Her filing also acknowledges that Chris Brown has tried to make an effort to spend time with his daughter. She said that he asked to bring Lovely on tour with him on alternating weekends. Still, Diamond didn’t feel like it was an appropriate setting to have her daughter, especially since she claimed Breezy himself would be busy with work while a nanny would look after Lovely. Even so, Diamond claims that she tries to encourage the father-and-daughter relationship but accuses Chris of being “often uninterested.”

Diamond Claims Chris Brown Hasn't Seen His Daughter In Over Six Months

Focusing on the financial aspect, Diamond expressed issues with his spending habits relating to the other mothers of his children and even a fan. She pointed to a situation where Breezy gifted a fan and her family a new car, plus $10,000 in cash, while the other children’s mother received luxury goods.

Meanwhile, Diamond claims that she’s going into debt because the $7,000 he pays her in child support doesn’t cover all of her expenses, and she wants the court to bump that up to $30,000 a month at minimum.
