Diamond also reveals that Chris Brown continues to pay her rent as she makes under $2,000 a month.

Chris Brown’s back in the headlines this week, and it’s not for any sort of positive reason. Per TMZ, Diamond Brown, the mother of his daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown, has filed documents in her paternity suit alleging that he’s exhibited “disgusting behavior” as it relates to her life outside of their relationship. She said that their relationship ended two years ago, but he gets “extremely angry with me when I have dated other men since our break up."

The documents allege that Chris has shown a pattern of threatening her partners since their split, including her current one and another man she was in a relationship with two years ago.

“He has made death threats against my most recent boyfriend, and continued threats to not only him, but also to his twin brother. I understand that he has also had third parties make threats," Diamond claimed.

Diamond claimed the harassment stemming from his “anger and resentment” led to these relationships falling apart. Moreover, she admitted that she hasn’t taken any “action to date, but have asked his attorney, since March, through my attorney, to have Chris stop this behavior.” She also alleged that he got extremely angry with her in front of their daughter at the child’s birthday party.

On top of the alleged harassment, she also pointed out their respective finances, claiming that he has a net worth of over $50M and makes between $5.5M and $7.3M a month while she pulls in roughly $1,500 a month as a social media influencer and aesthetician. The figure, she says, helps pay her rent but doesn't account for other expenses including clothing, food and extracurricular activities.

In her filing, she claimed he didn’t provide for his daughter enough while accusing him of having “stalled all discovery attempts, and attempted to run Diamond out of money.” Her new proposal suggests child support payments of up to $45K a month to cover rent, food, childcare, and extracurricular activities for their daughter. She says her current expenses amount to $8,400 monthly.

“Chris denies this and in fact I continue to see your client posting things that are inappropriate. Please send me specifics to address so | can understand and assist if this is really happening,” Chris’s attorneys reportedly wrote in response to the harassment claims.

Diamond is asking for primary custody of their daughter, which Chris opposed. He's asking for joint custody.
