Ray J went live and walked through what he called a female friend’s apartment. He put the living conditions on camera for his stream. Clips that spread this weekend show the space covered in trash and stains, with used condoms visible around the home. In one widely shared cut, Ray can be heard saying, “This is not okay, bro.”
Clip accounts say he blamed nitrous oxide use for how bad the place looked, pointing out balloons as he filmed. He also said he planned to send people to clean up and push the friend toward rehab.
Some social media users called the stream exploitative. "This is actually sad," one person wrote. "anA although he said some key things that he would to help her… this is far from genuine. This is exploitive and I really hope this woman gets the help she deserves."
Others chimed in with ways that Ray J can potentially help.
"She too far gone," another person wrote. "The most he can do is get her checked into rehab. It’s sad seeing someone using a balloon to get high. I have never in my life seen anything like that."
Ray J Offers To Send Cleaners And Push For Rehab
The moment fits the same chaotic Kick era that already had HNHH covering Ray’s streams. Earlier this month he was rushed to the hospital during a livestream tied to his “Rayhab” marathon. Before that, his livestreams regularly mixed personal drama with unfiltered moments. Specifically, including the November 2025 stream where he made then-girlfriend Shila cry on camera.
In other news, it's great to see that Ray J is in better spirits himself. He's had a few health scares this year, which he's been very public about. He was hospitalized in January with heart pain and pneumonia. Later in the year, he spent four nights in a Las Vegas hospital after being knocked out in the second round during his fight with Supa Hot Fire.
At least now, Ray J is in a different position to not only take care of himself, but the people around him.
