Super Bowl afterparties can be quite hectic, but one hosted by Keiwon White this February became sadly violent. The San Francisco 49ers player was shot after an alleged altercation with Lil Baby and his camp, an accusation which hasn't been confirmed at press time. Months after the shooting, AllHipHop reports that authorities have arrested a suspect in the case.
The Los Angeles Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Division reportedly arrested 35-year-old suspect Gregory Walker in L.A. on Friday morning (October 9). Walker, according to reported jail records, faces charges of felony assault using a deadly weapon and a semiautomatic rifle. He does not have bail, and law enforcement reportedly continues to investigate the situation. We will see if they announce his arraignment date soon.
For those unaware, the shooting occurred on the morning of February 9 at a Super Bowl afterparty the NFL defensive lineman was hosting. It was specifically at Dahlia's Lounge in San Francisco's Mission District. The "Coast 2 Coast" rapper and his colleagues allegedly attempted to get in, and tensions rose. A witness reportedly told police they heard two gunshots while they sought management to intervene, and found White bleeding from his ankle.

When Is Lil Baby's Album Dropping?
The 49er went to the hospital and received surgery, and he is now fully recovered from the incident. As for Lil Baby, he and his camp did not respond to allegations of a fight, and they have no connection to the ongoing case as authorities have presented it so far.
Elsewhere, Lil Baby is prepping for a new album coming soon, although we still don't have many details on its tracklist or anything like that. Still, he reportedly teased a November 6 release date on social media, meaning it won't be long before fans get to hear Wham again.
This follows not just the aforementioned "Coast 2 Coast" single, but also "Dead Fresh" with Pharrell behind the boards. Fans haven't been as in love with Baby's material in recent years, so maybe this will be the bounce-back they want. In any case, folks who were keeping tabs on the Keion White situation can rest easy after this arrest.
