A guard at FCI Fort Dix reportedly admitted to being intimate with an inmate, which raised fresh concerns following the Diddy situation.

Diddy was recently accused of contraband and various other alleged prison perks at FCI Fort Dix, which resulted in another push-back of his release date. But a new report from the United States Attorney's Office of the District of New Jersey is causing even more scrutiny towards the facility that are building on these questions.

A 27-year-old corrections officer at Fort Dix, Jordan Pensak, reportedly admitted to sexually abusing an inmate, per U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer. She pleaded guilty in Camden federal court and will receive her sentence on February 10, 2027.

Pensak reportedly had a consensual intimate relationship with an inmate, leading to an intimate January interaction this year. They allegedly exchanged sexually explicit messages and photos online via contraband cell phones. Pensak reportedly admitted to the relationship in various text messages, including ones to the inmate's family, and suggested she might be pregnant as a result. She faces a maximum sentence of 15 years and a maximum fine of $250K.

Per AllHipHop, the two individuals paid other inmates to serve as lookouts for their encounters. While this has nothing to do with the Bad Boy mogul, recent allegations about Diddy's alleged prison perks put it in a highly scrutinized context.

When Is Diddy Getting Out Of Prison?

Due to these allegations, Diddy's scheduled prison release date was pushed back from January 21, 2028 to March 2, 2028. This represents yet another change for Sean Combs, who continues to receive frequent updates to his release date.

As for the allegations against Diddy regarding contraband and perks, this involves having a cell phone, paying for massages, having other inmates cook for him, and more. Diddy was also placed in solitary confinement, although it's unclear if this relates to contraband allegations or to earlier prison fights.

Either way, this situation with an inmate and a corrections officer continues to launch more allegations at FCI Fort Dix. As such, they now have multiple narratives and accusations to address regarding their system and its authorities.

Elsewhere, folks are still debating about Diddy in hip-hop, including recent remarks from 50 Cent. He doesn't see a reconciliation in the future... Big shocker.
