The Thursday (September 10) filing claims Hough's letter amid Kenneth's pending criminal case disproves her current lawsuit over sexual assault and emotional distress claims. Hough has reportedly claimed she doesn't know who wrote or submitted this letter.
In the alleged letter, she asked to drop charges against him. Jennifer Hough also allegedly claimed her rape allegations were "half true and half false" when she made them in 1994. Hough allegedly claimed she and Petty got into a physical altercation at his home after running into each other at a bus stop. She allegedly left after she complied with his request to have sex with him. Jennifer Hough said in the alleged letter that the situation went out of control. She defended their friendship along with saying "he's not a rapist."
