Ice Spice and Lil Yachty just dropped their new single "Out My Face (My Baby)," whose music video made pregnancy rumors swirl once more.

Ice Spice has been the subject of pregnancy rumors before, which she has consistently shut down. However, they somehow continue to come up, largely in part because she knows what will get folks' attention. Thanks to Spice's new song "Out My Face (My Baby)" in collaboration with Lil Yachty, she has had to once again address rampant speculation about her body and life.

The reason why these rumors sparked again is because of one point in the song in which she raps, "Matter fact, make me a mom." In the music video, the Bronx star's belly swelled up when she said that lyric, and a lot of folks took it way too literally.

Rolling Stone confirmed she was not pregnant, and she herself took to TikTok to debunk the rumors, as caught by Livebitez on Instagram. "I'm not pregnant, guys," Ice expressed. "That was... In the song, I literally say, 'Matter fact, make me a mom,' and it was CGI. I am chunky, though... I'm a mess, girl. I'm not pregnant..."

Reportedly, Yachty even posted a behind-the-scenes picture of her fake baby bump to poke fun at these rumors and fans' misinterpretation. As to why folks want pregnancy reveals so badly, that's a question we might never get an answer for.

Ice Spice Debunks Pregnancy Rumors

The 26-year-old has issued similarly blunt and comical responses to these rumors before, so this should come as no surprise. At this point, she knows she will set timelines ablaze with any speculation, so we'll see if future rumors also pose an opportunity for marketing and buzz.

Elsewhere, Ice Spice is expanding her extracurricular resumé along with her musical releases, which she just returned to with this Lil Yachty collab. She launched her "In Ha Mood" fragrance in partnership with Revlon and Ulta Beauty earlier this year.

Sadly, some fans have not been able to see Ice Spice live for some of her scheduled concerts this year. These include Summer Jam and a Kentucky festival appearance. Some fans immediately got to speculating on why these shows fell through. But they got responses about as quickly as these pregnancy rumors did.
