In a brief preview clip of Timbaland's upcoming interview with REVOLT TV, the super-producer revealed a new Nas record that came about during the Magna Carta Holy Grail recording sessions. "Nas got a song right now with him, Jay, and Justin, and it’s completely stupid," says Timbo. "It’s called 'Sinatra In The Sand' and Justin sounds like Frank Sinatra." Also, it looks like he'll be contributing heavily to the veteran emcee's next project. "I told Jay this, the person that gets me from Hip Hop now, their album is really gonna be phenomenal, and that’s Nas."

Coming up with the right supporting beats and melody in a hip-hop track can be extremely challenging. Not to mention the time and effort it takes to make an original beat. In this day and age, artists often borrow music from other songs and build off it, to create a new and unique beat-- obviously, this is called sampling. Out of the 16 tracks put out on Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail, 12 of them were sampled with other songs and beats.
