10 Essential RL Grime Tracks
For the better part of the past three years, "trap" has referred to much more than the music of Young Jeezy, T.I., Gucci Mane, etc. Beats like Baauer's "Harlem Shake" and RL Grime's remix to Kanye West's "Mercy" have ignited dance-floors and festivals using the same label to describe their sound.
Chelsea Celebrate Premier League Title By Singing O.T. Genasis' "CoCo"
Chelsea locked up a Premier League championship today with a 3-1 victory of Sunderland. They followed up a trophy-raising celebration on the pitch with a champagne-soaked, hip hop-infused locker room fiesta. Things starting off with Big Sean's I.D.F.W.U." before proceeding to O.T Genasis' eternal banger "CoCo." The "CoCo" portion of the festivities comprised of a raucous teamwide sing-a-long as Didier Drogba sprayed his teammates with champagne. Once again O.T. Genasis provides the soundtrack to another good-ass time.

Lyrics On Big Sean's "Stay Down" Rumored To Play Part In Break-Up With Ariana Grande
Ariana Grande and Big Sean's break-up is going to be a source of fodder for at least another week, so hopefully you're not sick of it just yet. After reports circulated yesterday that Justin Bieber getting too grabby with Ariana played a part in her break-up with Big Sean (apparently it was a calculated move on Ariana's behalf), now more rumors have surfaced detailing where Big Sean went wrong.
Ariana Grande May Have Used Justin Bieber To Make Big Sean Jealous
While Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber's handsy performance in L.A. was dismissed as friendly showmanship at the time, it only preceded Grande's break-up with Big Sean by about a week, suggesting that the stunt may have meant a little more than the singer made it seem.
Big Sean & Ariana Grande Have Reportedly Broken Up
Well, Ariana Grande's dad didn't actually respond to Big Sean's "I give her that D" comment yesterday, but the couple still seems to have had their fair share of problems. Us Weekly reports that they've broken up.
Charts Don't Lie: April 11
This week is an exciting not only due to a lot of movement in the chart, but the fact that four rap albums take up the top spots on the Billboard 200. Yes, one happens to be a soundtrack, but seeing that the tracklist is made up almost entirely of hip-hop and RnB, it's hard to see it any other way. This also happens to be the first week since it's release that Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly hasn't occupied the number one spot, being ousted by Wale's The Album About Nothing.
Drake's OVO Fest Will Not Receive Government Funding
In 2014, the Canadian government awarded Drake's OVO Fest $300,000, but, this year, it looks like funding for the Toronto festival will have to come out of OVO's pockets. Celebrate Ontario, the organization that awards grants to events like OVO Fest, just released its schedule of events, and the finances allocated to each, and Drake's two-day concert in downtown Toronto wasn't included on the list.
Princeton Students Have Started A Petition To Stop A Big Sean Performance
Big Sean's "IDFWU" may have earned the rapper his highest chart placement yet, but it could also be the reason he's barred from performing at Princeton University as part of its annual Lawnparties event. A promo clip for the show, which featured the song prominently, raised red flags among students, who have now opened a petition to stop the rapper from performing at the school.
Justin Bieber Gets Handsy With Ariana Grande Onstage, Big Sean Reacts
Last night, Ariana Grande took her "Honeymoon Tour" to L.A., and brought out Justin Bieber to do "Love Me Harder" and "As Long As You Love Me." Over the course of his two-song appearance, the young pop star couldn't keep his hands off Grande, who you'll remember is currently dating Big Sean. In a since-deleted tweet (view it in the gallery above), Sean wrote "“This kid is about to learn not to touch my girl like that. Beliebe that.” Watch videos of the Biebs groping Grande below.

Big Sean Says Lil Wayne Told Him He'll Be "One Of The Greats"
One of the highlights on Big Sean's Dark Sky Paradise was "Deep", a DJ Mustard-produced collaboration with Lil Wayne. On the song, Wayne raps, "I feel like Sean, don't get enough shine / Is it because he ain't got the tattoos? He ain't throwing up signs? / Well, let me throw up mine".

VERY HOTTTTT: Music Video Recap
Despite the fact you'll rarely catch them on MTV, music videos are more prevalent than ever, especially in rap. With the ability to film visuals for easily and without great expense, it's no longer out of the question for a rapper to film a video for each and every song on their mixtape. With that being said, there's a whole lot more to wade through, so we've decided to go through them and pick some of the best videos of the new year.

Charts Don’t Lie: March 15
This week we’re seeing a new entry with G-Unit’s The Beast Is G-Unit EP hitting the charts. Although it moved under 20k opening week, we doubt the Unit is too upset. 50 Cent had mentioned in a previous interview that the whole reason they kicked off their reunion with EPs was to relieve some of the pressure of dropping an album, and it not doing numbers—basically, it’s easier to start with EPs and work their way towards that album that’ll have a big opening week.
140 Bars Or Less: Tweets Of The Week (March 13)
This week, we learned that you should not appropriate rap lyrics if you're a breakfast food chain — lest you want Nicki Minaj to call you out. It was an educational week in rap, actually.
