We had already heard Post Malone and Swae Lee's latest collaboration in the form of "SunFlower," which will also be on the soundtrack, but the remainder of the tracklist appeared equally intriguing. X was set to appear posthumously on a song with Lil Wayne and Ty Dolla $ign. Plenty of hip-hop heavyweights will be gracing the OST as Nicki Minaj, Juice WRLD, Vince Staples, and others all appear on the list but "Scared of the Dark" was perhaps the most exciting pick.
Now available for streaming or preview in select international markets, "Scared of the Dark" is classified as a collaboration between Lil Wayne and Ty Dolla $ign, featuring XXXTentacion's vocals. Ty utilizes his recognizable charm in the hook before Weezy hits us with a verse to begin. The song is deep into the Spider-Man playlist and most people were surprised that XXXTentacion was revealed as the "special guest" on this track. It marks the second posthumous collaboration between the late Florida rapper and Tunechi.
