A Drake and The Weeknd performance would be a huge deal just about anywhere in the world, but there's no better stage for the two to come together than one in their shared hometown of Toronto. On Saturday Night, The Weeknd played his second consecutive show at the city's Air Canada Centre, and just like the first, Drake made a surprise appearance.
On both nights, the Take Care fan favorite "Crew Love" was performed, but only on Saturday did Drake participate in the song. Needless to say, fans were happy to recite every word, even Abel's declaration: "this ain't no fuckin' singalong." Complex points out that this could be the first time since 2013 since the song was performed by Drake and Abel together.
