Ticketholders are not guaranteed a refund.

The 2017 Pemberton Music Festival has been cancelled, and its organizers have filed for bankruptcy. They posted a notice to the festival's website Thursday evening.

This year's festival was scheduled to take place July 13-16th, in the scenic mountain locale of Pemberton, British Columbia, which is situated two hours north of Vancouver. The lineup featured Chance the Rapper, A Tribe Called Quest, Big Sean, Logic, Migos, Lil Uzi Vert, Noname, Lil Yachty, Joey Bada$$, 6LACK, Khalid, and Denzel Curry.

Ticketholders will not automatically receive refunds and must file a claim with the accounting firm Ernst & Young, which is one of the festival's trustees, and wait for a ruling. "A determination of recovery, if any, on the claims of ticket holders from the estate will not be known for several weeks," Pemberton's statement reads. "The Trustee will provide an update to creditors in due course."
