Chris Brown is in the clear for the time being. According to CNN, The singer was released from police custody earlier today without any charges filed against him. Brown was detained along with two other people, who were reported to be his bodyguard and his friend, over accusations of aggravated rape and drug possession. A 24-year-old woman filed a police report last week, claiming the singer raped her before his two associates allegedly abused her. She also claims that the singer provided cocaine and weed to those who were at the after-party at the hotel.

Although the singer was released without any charges, the Paris Prosecutors Office said the investigation is still pending.

Brown addressed the allegations earlier today on Instagram, referring to the accuser as a "lyin ass b*tch."

"I wanna make it perfectly clear ..... This is false and a whole lot of CAP!," he wrote on Instagram. "For my daughter and my family this is so disrespectful and is against my character and morals!!!!"

The singer received support from Joyner Lucas, T.I. and Boosie Badazz who pointed out the allegations surfaced after Chris Brown landed a historical deal with RCA records, becoming the youngest artist to own any of his masters. While T.I. simply pointed out the coincidence, Boosie took it a step further to call the accuser a liar and claiming that he wishes that she gets raped for making a false accusation.
