Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is making headlines due to his being accused of sexual misconduct by two women. Many people are outraged. Some wonder why the man would be considered eligible to serve in the nation's highest court while others question the potential of his being blocked from the coveted position in this context. Donald Trump is part of the latter.

The president addressed the issue with a spoken statement, part of which was shared by Charlamagne Tha God on social media. Trump's affirmations appeal to him.

"It's a very scary time for young men in America when you can be guilty or something that you may not be guilty of. This is a very difficult time. What's happening here has much more to do than even the appointment of the Supreme Court justice. You can be somebody that was perfect your entire life and somebody can accuse you of something [...] Somebody can accuse you of something and you're automatically guilty. But in this realm, you are truly guilty until proven innocent."

Although Charlamagne Tha God has had his fair share of challenges stemming from sexual misconduct claims, the entertainer turns the focus on a historical case.

"Welcome To a Blackman’s World. Now he knows how the Central Park 5 Felt."

The Central Park 5 were accused and wrongfully convicted of raping a female jogger. After thirteen years behind bars, the true culprit who was an admitted serial rapist came forward.
