Kid Cudi was a part of Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music, an era that has aged quite oddly for many fans. Ye is now at odds with folks like Pusha T, but he's since reconciled his differences with Cudi, Big Sean, and others which had kept them at back-and-forth odds for years after G.O.O.D. Music seemed no more. This is apparent due to Cudi and Sean attending the Yeezy Season 01 fashion show in Los Angeles earlier this week (Wednesday, November 4), and TMZ caught up with the Cleveland creative after the event.
A reporter asked him to reveal his favorite part of the show. "Everything," the multi-hyphenate responded. "'Cause I've been waiting for a Yeezy show for a minute. So it was just beautiful to see my big bro back out there, doing his thing, you know? Like, it was a really clear and thoughtful vision. It was beautiful to see."
Then, he made his way through lots of fans and paparazzi who were there to get his thoughts and share their appreciation. Now, the question is whether or not we will see the two collaborate again in the future.
Cudi also posted a video on social media talking about the Yeezy show, as caught by Celebsloveye on Twitter. He expressed pride in Ye, praised the show, and commended the new place he's in in his life.
Kanye West & Kid Cudi Reunion
For those unaware, Kanye West and Kid Cudi publicly reconciled at the former's Chicago concert in September after years of tensions and disagreements. The former collaborators had a lot of hiccups in the decades after 808s & Heartbreak, but they were able to hash things out and find common ground. While many fans rejoiced, others criticized the move heavily given the Chicago superstar's past controversies and Cudi's previous declarations that it would take a miracle for them to bury the hatchet.
Kid Cudi defended his reconciliation with Ye after folks like Peter Rosenberg called out folks accepting the Yeezy mogul back into their lives. While Rosenberg's comments were more about fans than artists, Cudi still made it clear that what goes on between them is only between them, and not something for the general public to scrutinize or jump to conclusions over.
We'll see how this relationship continues to develop. In the meantime, folks continue to have questions about Kanye West's other relationships with former friends and foes.
