Top Dawg Entertainment alleges that the accusers deleted text messages.

Top Dawg Entertainment wants a dismissal in the sexual misconduct lawsuit filed against Brandon Tiffith, Anthony Tiffith Jr., and David Harrell. In the latest development in the case, TDE’s attorneys allege that Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri deleted specific texts that undermine their claims of sexual misconduct.

In a joint discovery statement, TDE and executives Tiffith, Tiffith Jr., and Harrell accused Luna and Altayri of withholding communications and destroying potentially relevant evidence. The defendants are preparing a motion for sanctions that could include dismissal of the lawsuit.

According to the filing, forensic examinations of Luna's phone and laptop allegedly revealed missing messages with Tiffith and his son, Anthony. The defendants claim the deleted exchanges included flirtatious conversations that could support their arguments regarding consent and credibility.

The defendants cited specific examples from the alleged exchange including one where Luna responded to Tiffith’s message that read, “Imma set that up” with “I’m strict Dickly,” a reference to J. Cole’s verse on Cash Cobain’s “Grippy.” The filing also references an Instagram DM discussing “morning sex” and a comment Luna allegedly left on Tiffith’s photo that called him a “fine piece a specimen with these tight ass arms.”

However, the plaintiffs dispute the defendants' characterization of the missing evidence. Their response points to messages allegedly found in a photograph of Tiffith's phone that were absent from his data export. The messages included sexually suggestive comments about Luna, including those that read, “Linda gotta fat ass,” “She said come rub on it [tears of joy emoji],” and “Don’t play I’ll come massage that round mf.”

The defendants also accuse Altayri of failing to produce a journal she allegedly said supported her claims, as well as agreeing to delete her Clubhouse profile after Luna suggested doing so. Altayri has maintained that the journal was lost during a move and that the profile had already been deleted.

Luna and Altayri sued the defendants over claims of sexual battery, harassment, and other misconduct. We will keep you posted on any further updates.
