Quavo is ready to stay very busy for the next few months after putting in a lot of work already as of late. He recently teased a reunion album for the Migos on the way as a tribute from him and Offset to the legacy of the late and great Takeoff. But the Migo's new solo album QRÖMELIFE is arriving next week (Friday, October 2), and he just unveiled its stacked feature list and full tracklist to get fans excited.
The new LP boasts executive production from none other than Pharrell Williams. He will take over behind-the-board duties for the whole project, and we already heard his production on the three singles that drove the rollout. "HAAVIN" gave fans the first taste after many teases, "Trance (Walk It Down)" amped the hype up even more, and the release of "Backwards" came with an assist from T.I., the first official feature revealed on the full-length.
Hearing the two Atlanta MCs trade bars was a treat, and these cuts have die-hards ready to hear the whole thing. There's also an unrelated viral trend boosting Quavo's profile right now, which is always good for a rollout. Folks have been making AI-generated videos replacing Huncho and Take in their "Hotel Lobby" COLORS performance with other individuals.
But back to the tracklist reveal, with this boost in mind. He revealed the features on social media, and as indicated on Instagram, they are very promising.
Quavo's QRÖMELIFE Features
Across 14 songs on QRÖMELIFE, Quavo has a Future collab titled "BA," the track "Away" with Offset, "Ball My Love" with Lil Baby, the Yung Miami link-up ""HAOYU DEWDAT," and the song "House Music" with Justin Timberlake. Of course, there's also the aforementioned "Backwards" with Tip. However, the most notable and surprising of these reveals was the track "Baby Breath." It will feature not just Pharrell, but also Tyler, The Creator and A$AP Rocky.
This will mark Huncho and Tyler's first collaboration ever, and the former's first link-up with Rocky since 2017's "RAF." The Pharrell connection makes the team-up fitting, but it's still a welcome surprise that has listeners eager to tap in.
"We made this project together last year at a time when I was still dealing with grief and needed to create and express myself," Quavo captioned his tracklist announcement. "Qromelife is about the journey of me going through tough times in life and getting to the other side through my faith, family and my love for music. We keep pushing forward, we keep shining, we become Qrome... I appreciate my big brother Pharrell for guiding me and pushing me creatively at a time when I needed it. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this project. We Pushn QRÖME!!"
