Ty Dolla $ign and Kanye West unleashed two Vultures albums in 2024, and promised fans a third one. However, it appears as though Ye got completely bored with the idea.
The first Vultures was a relative success. There were some big songs on it like "Carnival," although most fans could acknowledge that the music just wasn't where it should have been. Ye was a social pariah by that point, and his production was severely lacking.
The second Vultures album was a complete disaster. There are very few memorable songs on there, if any at all. This is when Ye decided to stop supporting the Vultures series and went back to doing his own thing, which culminated in the release of BULLY.
Throughout all of this, some fans have held out hope for Vultures 3. In fact, during a live stream, Ty Dolla $ign was asked about the album and whether or not it still exists.
Ty Dolla $ign Reassures Fans
In the clip, Ty confirmed that the album is, in fact, going to be dropping. “I got you on the Vultures 3, you know we gon’ do that," Ty Dolla $ign said.
Whether or not Ye agrees with this assessment of the situation remains to be seen. Ye himself has not confirmed anything, and it just seems unlikely that the Vultures series will continue, despite Ty Dolla's $ign revelation.
At the end of the day, the ship has sailed. Not to mention, it came during a turbulent time for West. He is trying to apologize and move on from his past. With that in mind, it feels like Vultures is something that can be left in 2024.
