The man has reportedly been threatening Perez for some time now.

The conspiracy theories surrounding Roc Nation might have finally manifested into an actual threat. Desiree Perez, the CEO of Roc Nation was allegedly confronted by a man outside the company’s Manhattan offices after a series of threats directed at the longtime music executive, according to the New York Post.

The latest incident reportedly occurred Monday evening near Roc Nation’s Chelsea headquarters. A rep for Perez told police that a man approached Perez around 7:30 p.m. and allegedly made a death threat during the confrontation. “You are going to die,” he reportedly said.

Apparently, this wasn’t the first time Perez had dealt with this individual. Authorities believe the encounter may be connected to a broader pattern of harassment. According to the sources, the same individual has reportedly appeared near the company’s offices on several occasions since May, allegedly making threatening statements about Perez.

The threats have also extended beyond in-person encounters. Social media posts and song lyrics attributed to the suspect have reportedly contained hostile messages aimed at Perez and Roc Nation.

Police have tentatively identified the man as an unhoused person familiar in Manhattan and The Bronx. They are still trying to find the man to question him over the accusations. However, the investigation remains on going and no arrest have been made just yet.
