It looks like Lil Uzi Vert has some new music on the way. On Friday, the Philly rapper made a surprise appearance on Young Thug’s Instagram Live broadcast, where he shared a snippet of a never-before-heard track playing in the car. Its unclear what the song is called or when it'll be dropping, but from what we can hear it sounds pretty melodic & fire to say the least.
The clip surfaces just a day after Don Cannon suggested that Uzi has a new album set to drop later this year. Cannon recently responded to a tweet earlier this week that listed off 2018’s biggest and most anticipated projects, including albums from The Weeknd, Drake, and ASAP Rocky. "Don’t forget Uzi," Don tweeted out & added to the list. However he didn't clarify when that would be, but a safe guess wouldn't be until the 4th quarter sometime.
After Lil Uzi shared the music on Thugger’s IG, the two were then spotted shopping and hanging out together, even taking a cheesy over-the-top photo smiling, which 21 Savage decided to roast them for and call them gay (see here ICYMI).
