Another day, another rapper arrested for a driving-related charge. A few months back, Meek Mill was caught popping wheelies in New York City, which ultimately led to his arrest. Now, as reported by ABC News, Fetty Wap has found himself on the receiving end of over fifteen charges, including "reckless endangerment, illegal speed contest, operating a motor vehicle with .08, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle license violation. unsafe lane change, following too close, illegal signal, driving while alcohol impaired, and four counts of a speed violation." Yikes. The reports state that Fetty was going 100 MPH in a 50 zone.
Apparently, Fetty was speeding down the Gowanus Expressway in New Jersey in a black 2012 Mercedes CLS AMG. Investigators claim that the rapper was clearly racing another vehicle, and managed to pull him over. Fetty proceeded to hand officers an expired license, and he was subsequently hit with a sobriety test, which he failed after blowing a .09. To confirm, they had him do another sobriety test at the precinct, which he also failed.
Unfortunately for the Trap Queen rapper, he will end up being arraigned in Brooklyn later today. This arrest mars an otherwise successful autumn run for Fetty, who recently blessed fans with a mixtape titled For My Fans 2. And while they're still waiting patiently on the rapper's full length King Zoo album, Fetty will have his hands full with another baby on the way. A few weeks back, it was revealed that Fetty Wap and Love And Hip-Hop star Alexis Skyy would be expecting a child. Admittedly, Fetty Wap made a dumb decision to drive drunk, let alone drag race, but it's sad to think of another child growing up with their father behind bars.
