Sparks flew between music icon Cher, 76, and her latest beau, music executive Alexander "AE" Edwards, 36, during their red carpet debut at Versace's Fall/Winter 2023 fashion show. The “Believe” signer was stylishly clad in a flashy skintight royal blue jumpsuit with a corseted bodice that was decorated with studs and crystals. She completed the look with a metallic blue jacket that also sparkled with studs and crystals, plus a pair of electric blue platform boots.
The UMG producer was not to be outdone. He came clad in a full black ensemble that featured a dress shirt and pants, as well as a chunky pair of square-toed black shoes. He brought the outfit together with a Versace jacket, embellished with gold Medusa buttons and accessorized with sunglasses and earrings. His stud and hoop combo matched the jewelry encrusted in his teeth.

Cher recently revealed that she had two new albums planned with her new fiancé. The singer was all smiles when talking about Alexander’s talent. “I’m going to England to make two albums,” she gushed. “Some of the songs Alexander gave me, so I’m pretty excited about that. He’s a producer and a writer, and he does everything, so I’m happy about that.” The pop legend also spoke about the age difference between her and Edwards in December on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
The star said, “On paper, it’s kind of ridiculous. But in real life, we get along great. He’s fabulous. And I don’t give men qualities that they don’t deserve.” This isn’t the first time the star has spoken out in defense of her relationship. In a now-deleted tweet, Cher responded to the back by saying, “LOVE DOESN’T KNOW MATH, IT SEES ❤️ ❤️.”

She also defended Alexander from fans who doubted his sincerity. The pop icon tweeted, "As we All Know… I WASNT BORN YESTERDAY, & What I Know For Sure… There Are No Guarantees. Anytime you make a Choice You Take a Chance. I’ve Always Taken Chances… It’s WHO I Am” in response to a fan who said she wanted to see the star happy and not taken advantage of.
