Heavy Game was one of 10 victims injured during the shooting in Miami Gardens back in Jan. "Gunpower in the air like perfume," raps Heavy.

In January, a celebration for French Montana turned into a shooting in Miami Gardens, leaving several people injured. French walked away from the incident unscathed and later released a statement. "Last night, I was in Miami celebrating the release of my CB6 mixtape w/ friends at a local restaurant," he wrote at the time. "We unfortunately were at the wrong place, at the wrong time when an incident took place that left people hurt. Our thoughts & prayers are w/ the victims & families at this time."

One month after the shooting, rapper Rob49, who was also present during the mayhem, emerged on Instagram to show off his injuries. Now, rapper Heavy Game spits a freestyle with Supa Cindy of Miami's 99 Jamz, and in his rhymes, he details his harrowing experience. "I heard the first two, and then I felt my shirt move," Heavy rapped in a video. "Gunpower in the air like perfume."

French Montana Reacts To Heavy's Bars

"My shirt gettin' more wet / My homie taking short breaths / Came out war vets / Arm full of stitches so I hardly could lift it / it's gettin' in the way of all my business / I lost faith in forgiveness / 308 hit me / thank God it wasn't hallows / no pain pills prescribed / But that's a hard pill to swallow / Type of pain that make you wanna hear they last words / Nerve damage, gettin' on my last nerve / Feds got my phone and they don't even need the password." In the comments, French Montana dropped off a fire emoji.

According to our sources, Heavy sustained several injuries during the incident. He was reportedly shot in the chest and on his side, near his armpit. On his Instagram, you can see Heavy spent some time with his arm in a sling. He even posted a photo with Kodak Black showing he was on the mend.

Road To Recovery

In February, Rob49 shared a similar image showing that he, too, was on the road to recovery. "Thank You To Everybody Who Been Keeping Me In Dey Prayers," he wrote alongside a photo of his arm, too, in a sling. "I Want Let Yall Kno I Been Doing Way Better & Thank God For Reminding Me Tah Live Everyday Like It’s My Last! What That Being Said Let’s FLOOD And Take OVA!! BIGGEST VULTURE." Check out Heavy Game recounting his ordeal above.
