Former porn star Mia Khalifa decided to capitalize on the Philadelphia 76ers continued losing and combine it with Meek Mill’s break up with Nicki Minaj for a quick roast on Instagram. It didn’t go quite as planned for the retired porn star after rookie sensation Joel Embiid showed up in her comments to clap back at Khalifa for her lukewarm insult.
The photo Khalifa uploaded showed Philadelphia 76ers players Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid and Nerlens Noel posing with Philly rapper Meek Mill. She captioned it, “Room full of Ls.” It wasn’t long before Embiid, who is notoriously active on social media, replied with the comment, “says the women [sic] with miles of D.” Low hanging fruit for sure, but Khalifa’s original diss doesn’t hold much water either: it’s still unclear if Ben Simmons will be good in the NBA (he hasn’t even played a game), Joel Embiid is actually really good, and Nerlens Noel has been solid so far in his career (aside from injuries). Meek Mill… we’ll let you guys decide that one.
Fans absolutely loved the response, and quite a few said Embiid earned their NBA All Star vote with his reply. Maybe he’ll have a chance at dating Rihanna after all.
