Rev. Al Sharpton, veteran civil rights activist and TV personality, has the Internet in hysterics over a picture he posted recently to his Instagram. It has since been deleted, but below is a screencap of the original photo and caption:

Not much to add to what the caption says, to be honest. Sharpton is a machine. The Internet of course took little time to react in hilarious fashion, both praising the man's level of physical fitness and clowning him for his look and the selfie itself. Let the laughs begin.
