88Rising and Murda Beatz have a joint project on the way.

Murda Beatz has been responsible for some of the hottest tracks in hip-hop over the past few years, but this year, his career reached a new height. While he created hits with Migos and more, he collaborated with Smokepurpp on a new album and landed his first number one single with Drake's "Nice For What." He's been teasing several joint projects with Offset, Quavo, and more over the past year, but more recently, he revealed that he'll be dropping a collaborative effort with 88Rising.

During Head In The Clouds festival, Murda Beatz touched the stage during MadeInTYO's set and announced that he has a new collaborative project coming soon with 88Rising titled, 88Murda.

"I gotta tell y'all something, so, Young Murda and 88Rising got a collaborative album coming soon," he announced. "Album coming soon! 88Murda, man, let's go!"

Murda Beatz previously worked with 88Rising in the past. The Canadian producer, alongside Southside, cooked up the beat for Rich Brian and Playboy Carti's collab, "Beam" off of Head In The Clouds compilation project. The song served as an immediate highlight off of the project so it seems evident that 88Murda will have some heat on it.

Aside from his collaborative venture with 88Rising, Murda Beatz announced in July that he's working on his debut album. It's unsure if Keep God First 2 will be the title, but we're looking forward to what Murda Beatz has up his sleeve.
