A new Vine is in the works.

I'm sure everyone remembers Vine, the ever-so-popular app that let users take a six-second video that sparked some of the most popular memes. The app was shut down after Twitter bought the company, but today it looks like a new edition of the beloved platform is on the way.

Dom Hofmann, who co-founded the video making app tweeted, "i'm going to work on a follow-up to vine. i've been feeling it myself for some time and have seen a lot of tweets, dms, etc."

Clearly, anyone who's been hitting Dom up or reaching out to him urging him to re-boot the app has paid off. Even though Vine was shut down, all videos can still be viewed online. “We value you, your Vines, and are going to do this the right way,” the company said in a statement. “You’ll be able to access and download your Vines. We’ll be keeping the website online because we think it’s important to still be able to watch all the incredible Vines that have been made.”

A perfect example of videos still being available was the recent recovering of a Vine where Cardi B is seen dancing around topless. When the six-second video got in the hands of her fans, she tweeted a simple response:

What do you guys think? Will you hop on the bandwagon for a new Vine app?
