Fif’s online beef has made it to the courtroom.

If there’s one thing that 50 Cent shares with Irv Gotti, it’s that they are serial line steppers. To beef with Fif means that nothing is off the table, even kids. However, it seems like he’s not really a fan of this tactic when the tables have turned. According to TMZ, the rapper is now requesting that a judge step in to prevent Tia Kemp from targeting his son online.

The rapper filed documents with the court alleging that Kemp has continued to take aim at his son, 14-year-old Sire, whom he shares with Daphne Joy. Fif specifically pointed to Kemp’s comments describing Sire as “slow” and being on the spectrum. He also mentioned a post where Kemp shared a photo of Sire next to a sexually charged photo of a woman that he alluded to being Joy.

Fif alleges that it’s caused immense humiliation to his son, embarrassing Sire and having an impact on his mental health. Ultimately, he wants the court to step in because he believes the harassment toward Sire will continue if they don’t. He’s demanding that a judge greenlights a temporary injunction to prevent Kemp from cyberstalking, stalking, and harassing Sire. However, he wants a final injunction after a proper hearing.

50 Cent Vs. Tia Kemp

This all stems from when Fif began poking at Rick Ross and Tia Kemp’s son, who was robbed at gunpoint in Florida. Fif then went on to offer to pay bond for the alleged perpetrator.

Still, Fif said that his lawyers previously sent a cease-and-desist order to Kemp to have her remove the offensive photos from the web, but she later fired back, “F u and ya lawyers."

The petition was filed on Sire’s behalf in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
