Chrisean Rock is explaining why she says she put her son in front of police with guns drawn during Blueface’s recent Santa Clarita arrest. In a Kick livestream days after the Oct. 19 parking-lot stop outside a Yard House, Rock said she saw officers aim at Blueface, went back for their son, and walked toward the weapons with him.
“Chat, when I see them take out the gun and point it towards Blue, I went and got the baby from the car seat and walked out in front of the gun,” she said on stream. She framed it as loyalty and family, saying she was “sticking with you like a family.” Also, she said she was “not going to sit and wait and watch that sh*t happen,” and calling the move “some f**king G sh*t.”
In a later clip shared she added: “That’s my only son. I love my son. I got out of the truck with him so they could see who they were pointing the gun at, an innocent family.”
Claims She Grabbed Chrisean Jr. To Stand With Blueface
The underlying incident was already messy. Police responded to a call about a man with a gun, livestream footage showed officers with weapons out while Blueface argued and was arrested for allegedly delaying or obstructing an investigation.
Online reaction to her later explanation has been harsh, with many accusing her of using toddler Chrisean Jr. as a “human shield.” Some viewers also argue the original parking-lot stream does not clearly show her stepping into the gun line while holding him.
Blueface has not backed the loyalty pitch. On his own stream, he said he would never pick up their son and walk into a standoff, calling anyone who puts a child in front of a “gunfight” a “dumb b*tch.” Jr.’s presence around their police-heavy streaming life is not new territory for the pair.
Earlier this month, police and first responders showed up at Blueface’s home after Rock moved back in with Jr., another moment that put the child’s welfare under a public microscope.
