Jacquees is giving "Lick Back" a second life, and this time he brought Lil Baby. The remix is a quick two-minute run that puts one of Atlanta's biggest names on a summer record from the self-proclaimed King of R&B. The original "Lick Back" dropped June 12 with Juvenile on board. Jacquees directed the video himself and shot it in New Orleans, which made sense with Juvie in the mix. The song later landed on Mood 2, his July 31 sequel to 2016's Mood, a 22-song project that also carried "Physical" with Tink, "Let You Go" with K Camp and "He Kant." A Lil Baby remix is a smart way to keep Mood 2 in rotation a few months after release, and it's the kind of pairing that should travel well on both R&B and rap playlists.
