Many fans would argue Lil Uzi Vert had their heyday in the late 2010s, but that hasn't stopped them from putting in work in the studio. While some die-hards didn't like some recent projects, they promise their next album will be one of their best yet. Via Uzi's alternate Instagram page @lifeisarollout, they showed off their toned physique in the gym while hyping up this upcoming record.
"So first off this is gonna be one of MY BEST ALBUMS !!!!! IM READY FOR WHATEVER P***Y," they wrote. The Philly MC posted multiple pictures of them flexing their gym progress, although this is probably unrelated to the upcoming album itself.
Elsewhere on this page, they have also recently shared a lot of weaponry-related imagery and designs. There are Call Of Duty-esque firearm skins, diamond-encrusted bullets, a vest made out of bullets, and more. Whatever this new album is (one possible title might be Maverick), fans are hoping it bounces Uzi back to their quality standard and superstardom.
These moves also follow Lil Uzi Vert's "Grab Your Popcorn" remix, teaming up with fellow Philadelphia lyricist KUR to breathe more life into his hit. We'll see if this indicates what direction this new album will go in or if it's a side quest to a larger adventure.

Beyond these developments, though, Lil Uzi Vert is also sparking fan speculation due to some bars on their track "Yoko." "Count up a yacht, that’s a boatload / Open my door, saw a boat froze," they rapped on the cut. Many fans have theorized that this may be a diss towards Lil Yachty, with whom Uzi has had long-standing rumors of a beef and even some flare-ups via unreleased material.
However, both artists have also downplayed any notion of a real beef or conflict in past occasions. So maybe this is more of a cheeky reference than an outright diss. Either way, it's part of what's keeping fans interested ahead of this upcoming album.
