Kewon White received a life sentence for the murder of Mo3, with the trials of alleged co-conspirators Devin Brown and Yella Beezy to follow.

The family of Dallas rapper Mo3 is receiving justice for his murder almost six years after the fact. A jury recently convicted shooter Kewon White of capital murder, and the court sentenced him to life in prison. Prosecutors had also accused Devin Brown and Yella Beezy (real name Markies Conway) of orchestrating and aiding the murder. White, who is a rapper under the name Banzzo Bling, took to his Instagram page after the guilty verdict to share a message with his followers.

"This is not the end of the road, so don't give up," he wrote. "I didn't give up, and you shouldn't either. Sometimes all we need is a little hope and faith to keep going. Keep believing, keep pushing."

During the verdict and sentencing hearing, Mo3's mother reportedly told Kewon White she forgives him and loves him, and that the people he allegedly conspired with didn't love him. She said he was looking for love from the wrong people, and it was a very emotional moment in court. We will see if White has anything else to share via social media, the dynamics of which are unclear considering his sentence.

When Is Yella Beezy's Trial?

Elsewhere, Yella Beezy's trial for the murder of Mo3 will begin on September 14, per Dallas County Clerk records. Devin Brown will also face trial for capital murder connected to this case. Prosecutors accused Brown of helping plan the murder-for-hire and of being in the car when Kewon White shot the Dallas MC. Also, testimony in White's trial reportedly alleged Brown had personal reasons for the murder, as the mother of his child was allegedly dating Mo3 at the time of the shooting.

As for Yella Beezy, prosecutors are accusing him of orchestrating the murder and paying White to carry it out. Beezy pleaded not guilty to the capital murder charges against him.

We will see how those trials develop and whether or not they will reach similar conclusions to the Kewon White case. This whole situation has been ongoing for over half a decade. Now, as things start to come to a close, all sides will speak out.
