Now, via his new diss track "On Nothing," Yeat is confirming he has an issue with La Flame, which likely relates to this feature placement.
For those unaware, the rage-adjacent artist has also collaborated with Trav's ex Kylie Jenner recently, which some fans believe may be another factor. The buzzing new track contains lines like "I'ma put out that flame, it's f***ing lame, going out sad" and "I don't f**k with Flame, not a lot to say, if I saw a candle, I'd shush it."
Yeat previously appeared on JACKBOYS 2, but the removal of the Sheck Wes collab "TRIP OUT" may have nothing to do with this most recent flare-up, as it happened well before. We will have to wait and see if any additional information or context emerges from both artists. In any case, this could go away without a fuss or elicit a response from the Houston superstar.

As for the contents of the diss itself, there's not much to write home about. "On Nothing" itself is a noisy and hard-hitting cut that's well within Yeat's style, and much of the lyrics are pretty general. But beyond standard disses, there are allusions to staying on people's minds, not messing with lames, and a particularly scathing line: "What more can I say? You do what they tell you to say, you a motherf***ing puppet."
To be clear, it hasn't been explicitly confirmed if Travis was the mystery artist who allegedly requested Yeat's removal on "Eaters." We will have to wait and see if he addresses any of this or just lets it slide. After all, these aren't two artists who fans typically think of when speculating on a potential lyrical back-and-forth. Maybe they will just let their careers and moves speak for themselves.
