Blueface’s mother, Karlissa Saffold, is publicly speaking out to give parenting advice. She took to social media to urge the rapper to spend more time with his children after claiming his absence has started raising questions from his son.
During a recent livestream, Saffold discussed Blueface’s relationship with Javaughn and Journey, whom he shares with Jaidyn Alexis. According to Saffold, the children have not seen their father in roughly a month, and Javaughn reportedly asked his grandmother whether Blueface was back in jail.
“But the kids are starting to ask about you, and it’s time for you to step up and do your job,” she told her son.
Saffold explained that she has avoided discussing any problems between Blueface and Alexis with the children. Instead, she says she tells them their parents are working and that they’ll be spending additional time with their grandmother.

She also encouraged Blueface not to allow whatever issues he may have with Alexis to affect his relationship with their kids. According to Saffold, Alexis has not asked the rapper for money since his release, though she believes Blueface should still contribute financially.
“Your kids are feeling like that, and they should not, because they haven’t done anything wrong,” she added.
The conversation comes as Blueface’s family continues to expand. He recently welcomed a baby boy, Johnathan Jr., with his girlfriend Nevaeh Akira. Chrisean Rock is also raising her son, Chrisean Jr., whom she has publicly identified as Blueface’s child, though the rapper has disputed his paternity. Saffold addressed that situation as well, saying Javaughn and Journey have been receptive to their siblings regardless of the complicated relationships between the adults.
As for Chrisean Jr., Saffold maintained that she personally considers him her grandson unless definitive evidence proves otherwise. She said that despite the ongoing speculation, she still sees a resemblance to Blueface when looking at the toddler.
In the meantime, while Blueface welcomes a new baby, deals with baby mama drama, and now deciding whether to listen to parenting advice from his mom, it remains to be seen how things will play out. Although, viewers will likely see the real-time effects as he continues to livestream.
